Crytographic Service Not Started/Running

I've seen an error message this on latest versisions of Aloha. Anyone know what this is related to or how fix it?

I'm running Version 6.2 and have not seen this message. Only thing I can think of is that your not running an operating system that has 128bit encryption on it. Look for "Cryptographic Services" running under services.

Thanks, Bigblok. This was versoin 6.xx, and the error it was on the FOH. The description sounded similar to what the Looking for File Server screen look like, and kept the system from starting. I just wanted to make clear that this was actually an Aloha error on the the FOH, and prevented the system from coming up.

I know the site was recently upgraded, and now has Aloha Ecards. I do not know what set of circumstance preceeded this error.

Does anyone know what Aloha uses these cryptographic services or what they are?

Is the site now using Remote File Storage to communicate and/or have the terminals been upgraded to support the new encryption required by 6.0 - DCOM, Internet Explorer 6.0, Newest Service Packs, etc...?
