Crytal and Adobe 1

Hi

i have installed Crystal 8.5 on a 2003 windows Terminal Server. When exporting a report as the administrator it can see pdf as an option but users cannot. How goes Crystal know to use pdf etc and allow users to use a pdf output.

First, check that the users have PDF installed.

Then check the dlls, 8.5 is no longer supported by the vendors but someone should be able to help.
