Hey gang, we're running Peoplesoft 7 w/ Crystal 5. The problem we have has been occuring in numerous environments. Only one environment seems to have avoided this problem.
When we run a crystal report through PS on the server side, the status monitor will go through the following sequence: Queued -> Initiated -> Error. I have not seen the actual error, but it says something about the print engine. That doesn't sound very familiar. At first we thought that our file paths that we had set up in Peoplesoft were incorrect, but that was not the problem.
Has anyone experienced this problem in any other environments?? Could it deal w/ corrupt files, either .rpt or .dlls?? Anything that seems to remotely apply to this situation would be appreciated?? TIA!!!
