Crystal XI Server session property?

Hi,

I published reports in Crystal Server XI. All are reports are working fine. Some times its shown the following error.

Error in File UNKNOWN.RPT: Unknown Database Connector Error Details: CrystalEnterprise11.SessionMgr.1: Not a valid logon token.

once agian we hit the button it's shows the Report.

How can we fix the above issue. In CMC is there any session property.

I'm Using Crystal XI, java (J2EE & JBoss) and SQL Server 2000.

Please let me share with me any one have an idea..

Any help will be appreciated.
