Crystal XI report viewer - Help button

This is for the CrystalActiveXReportViewer
I am not wanting the help button to display. I am able to turn it off on the viewer, however, it is on the export screen when I select export (to a pdf file). The sample program "Viewer Runtime options" works like I want. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what they are doing different. Any suggestions?
