Crystal XI - If rep name is X then display Customer Service as result

Need some formula help in Crystal XI.

I have 2 inactive rep names. KK and LM.
The table field is called "{tblReps.RepName}"
If they appear during the printing of the report,
I want the value to display the words "Customer Service"

Can anyone help me with this?
