Crystal XI Help

I have just upgraded to Crystal XI and cannot find the gridline functionality that 10 had. All I can find is the major and minor grid lines. Can someone tell me how I get to the grids and ticks (inner and outer), draw a custom line, etc. for a chart.

I found the ticks and where to draw a custom line. Does anyone know if there is a way to draw multiple custom lines? Thanks.
