Crystal XI - bar chart - axis labels are absent for every other bar

Hello --

In a bar chart showing client counts for 54 account workers, only 27 axis labels for account workers appear below the chart ... every other account worker is skipped.

I have tested the following, without success at getting the other 27 labels to appear:

1 - reduce axis label font to size 4
2 - change from 8 1/2 x 11 to 8 1/2 x 14 page size - landscape

Can anyone suggest a way to resolve this problem?

Try going to chart options->grid->group axis->labels. You can manually adjust the setting if necessary to force the labels. Or remove the manual setting, if it is set to stagger the labels.
