Crystal with Report Center

I have successfuly setup and run Crystal Reports from the Goldmine 6.7 Reports Center on several of our PCs. Except on this one evil PC. The option for Crystal Reports just won't appear in the Reports tree! Yes, I have CR installed on the PC. I've been over the online Help, and followed the instructions, etc. TIA
(Goldmine 6.7 CE since 2/19/2005)

Looks like I have this bunch stumped. Front Range was no help either.

Do you have the Crystal dll's in the GoldMine Root directory? And what version of Crystal is it?
