Crystal Web v8.0: Export Icon Grayed Out after Drilldown

Crystal Web v8.0

After we drill down on a report, the ability to export to excel is grayed out. Is there a way to export the results "page" that appear after drilling down?

What is Crystal WEB 8.0?

Do you mean Crystal reports 8.0?

Crystal Enterprise 8.0?
