Hi all,

Does anyone know where i can obtain a FAQ on Crystal Reports Web Publishing Errors. Alternativley can someone answer this.

I am running a report over the web that uses 3 subreports. The main report compiles ok but the subreports just display LOADING... and then a message appears saying error detected by database DLL [on page server:etc] Has anyone come across this and if so how do we fix it.

I have ran a report without any subreports and that works fine, it just seems to be when a report contains subreports.

First, does the report [and sub reports] run using just CR?
Next, via the web, run just the main report.
Then add in one sub report to see if it continues to run.
Does that sub report run as a stand alone?
Continue this process until you find the error.
Or, is it possible that you are not giving enough time
for the sub reports to generate?
Are the linked correctly?
Sorry I don't have a simple answer.
