Hello

We are developing with tool that doesn't allow putting the crystal viewer control on our form (or any control for that matter). We are using CR 9.0 Pro.

We are looking for a crystal viewer that will open in its own window like the old crystal viewer that used to come with (vb 6?).

Any ideas or pointers?
Thanks,
Matt

For a list of 3rd-party viewers, see:
At least one of these viewers can be triggered via a command line from your application (to display a given report in an independent Preview window).

Ido,

Thanks, I was actually looking at your product before I posted! But...

I was hoping for something like a .dll or .ocx. Isn't there anything like this?

The reason is we will be reselling this product and were hoping to pay for something once AND have it easily packageable (Very small) with our product.

Thanks,
Matt

Ido,

That what I am researching! Our app had be written in vb6 and we provided the 4.6(?) runtime viewer.

Now we moved to the accounting software's (Great Plains) native development tool (dexterity) which doesn't support (amazingly) putting controls on forms. We also thought we should move to CR 9.0 to get up-to-date.

Thanks for your input,
Matt

In that case, consider the viewer as a package of not only the core viewer functionality, but also all the required runtime components (which make up most of the required "volume").
