I have a user that is using a third party product with built in Crystal V9 report viewer.
User is running win XP and had Crystal Reports V8.5 this has been upgraded to V9 and no change. User created reports to be published and viewed through the apps CR viewer.
When exporting a viwed report to MS Word the PC hangs and then error messages are issued in a dialog box Titled Crystal.exe
Error message is error signature as follows
AppName: Crystal.exe APPVer:0.0.0.0
ModName: craxdrt9.dll
ModVer: 9.2.3.693 Offset 00.d56a9
The fault only appears when doing the export to MS word, other formats are OK.
Any Thoughts?
