Crystal v7 in Novell environment 1

We normally run Crystal .rpt files via the runtime libraries from within our product, which normally works fine. However, in a Novell environment, the error

"An unexpected error has been encountered whilst generating the report"
"Unable to load report"

if we debug our VisBasic app., we get:

"operation not supported for this type of object"

Any ideas?
