Crystal Syntax: ";", "!" and "@"

Does anyone know what the above 3 symbols in crystal syntax mean, or any online help I can look up?

The original formula these occurred in are:

If {spGetStatsRpt;1.Priority} <> '!!@!@!@!@' then 1

where spGetStatsRpt is a stored procedure, and Priority is a field in a table.
