Crystal Sub-Report Format Change

Hello,
I'm trying to create a report with two subreports embedded in it.
Two sub-reports are going to be existing reports with different settings.

I have embedded the report themselves successfully, but the setting within the subreport gets messed up the report.

For example, in subreport1, things like "Underlaying Following Sections" do not get applied at all.
However, if I preview the sub-report itself, i have no problems with that.

It only happens when I try to preview the whole report
Any remedy for this?

The report runs fine as stand alone report, but not as sub-report
