Crystal SQL Designer

I need to use the Crystal SQL Designer, but I do not have it installed on my machine. I have Crystal Reports Advanced 9 installed with all options installed on the local hard drive. Where do I get Crystal SQL Designer?

If I am not mistaken, Crystal Designer went out with Crystal 9. Last version with Crystal Designer is 8.5. Will have to use the Add command instead.
