Crystal SQL Designer - "xBase error: DBFILEPOSITIONERROR"

I got the captioned error while trying to run a Crystal Report which uses a Crystal SQL Designer Query as its data source. Can anyone help me????

Each time the report is run, it crashes at the same point - when there is a record count of 4,492,648.
