I got the captioned error while trying to run a Crystal Report which uses a Crystal SQL Designer Query as its data source. Can anyone help me????

Does the query run OK from the SQL Designer?

I would do a "verify" of both the Query and the Report. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting

I verified both the query and report without success. Is there a ceiling on the amount of records that the Crystal SQL designer can process? I ran the same report on another table with the same definition and the report crashed at the same record count as it did the last time - 4,492,648.

You might be running into a limit of the internal Dbase file structure that is used by the SQL designer. Or it could be a limit on the space availble for temp processing (either the server or the CR client). If you use a more narrow criteria does it run OK?

Can you use a view or stored procedure instead of the SQL designer? Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
