Crystal SQL Designer Exports as Administrator but not as User

Okay I have gotten a little further with my issue. I am now able to log in as administrator on my Windows 2000 box and I am able to export just fine out of the Crystal SQL Designer. However when I log in as myself I am still unable to export from the Crystal SQL Designer. Does anyone have any suggestions?
