Go into the Crystal Management Console->Users and add them in using Enterprise as the security type for generic use, or set it up according to your security configuration.

There isn't a product called Crystal Server that I'm aware of, you probably mean the crystal Reports Server included with CR XI.

You might consider hiring a consultant to assist with the initial setup, depending upon your long range goals as it's easy to get set up, however it might not scale well if you don't design it well in the beginning.

I say this because someone who doesn't post their software version nor edition, and asks about a webserver (any machine can be a web server) probably doesn't understand the complexities of server software, and would benefit from an experienced architect.

Also, if you're going to ask about URL passing, why not post the URL that you're passing on the users?

Not phishing for work, I have more work than I can handle already.
