Hi,

I'm not sure if this is possible but here's what I'd like to do.

I've got Crystal Server up and running, reports are set up to scheduled, but when a user runs a report on a one of instance by clicking on the report name is it possible to save a copy of the output within Crystal Server?

I've tried what I thought was the obvious clicking on send but this just sends a copy of the report and when I click on it I have to re-enter the parameters.

My scenerio is that to supplement the pre-defined reports that are scheduled it would be ideal if users who are based in a production environment could run one-off instances and safe it within the product so ad-hoc versions could be compared against each other.

I appreciate I could have them export a copy to a shared area of the network, but I'm trying to sell the benefits of Crystal Server to them as well as trying to come up with a practical way to manage there requests!

Details of out setup are;
Crystal XI Developer edition to run the reports.
Version of Crystal Server bundled with Crystal XI.
Reporting of a postgres database.
Viewing reports using the Advanced DHTML viewer.

Sorry for the long post and appologies if I've left out any information that is required.

Cheers

Marc
