Hi,

We spend an enormous time every month to create pdfs by GP surgery to distribute through an e-mail.

I was wondering if there a 3rd party tool available which creates pdfs by group for eg GP Surgery or Department name and can then e-mail it to the relevant user.

We have tried evaulating software such as CRD but it doesnt work. Please can anyone suggest another alternative?

Try VisualCut by Ido, one of the Crystal gurus hereabouts:

He uses the termBURST for what you're after.

I have to agree, I just got off the phone with him about 5 minutes ago. The amount of support he provides for his product is scary.

His program will do exactly that, I have been testing out the group "bursting" feature and it is simply amazing. With a single report I am able to schedule an e-mail 20 different departments if necessary and they will only receive the statistics for their departmentbased on surgery type(or whatever you define in GH1).

If anything he needs to advertise better as I spent 2 weeks testing out outher products before I even found his site : )
