Crystal RW V9.0 Vista Compatible ?

I've tried to install CR9 onto my new laptop (vista) & it doesn't finish installing. I then did some research & found it's not compatible.

Does anyone know if there's a patch .. or which is the earliest version that is vista compatible ?

I think CR-XI (R2) is Vista compatible.

You can also use VM or Microsoft Virtual machine to install an older OS "window" within your laptop...then run CR9 on that virtual workstation.

Also, keep in mind that CR9 is not supported/patched by SAP/BOBJ any more - so there is a risk that future viruses, etc could exploit that older version of Crystal.
