Crystal Runs for author but not users

I know this may have a simple answer but I can't find it!

I built a report that uses running totals as its main function to get sales history data out by month over 2 years. This is better then using the Macola buckets. I have two problems. One, the report runs just fine for me but other users only get zeros for the returned monthly data. They get the item name and info without problem. I have checked the permissions levels and all appear to be correct. I am not using any SQL views, just plain old data fields.

The second problem is that sometimes, on random items, it does not correctly return the monthly data when compared to a Macola report for that item. Run it again, and it is correct.

Somehow I think the two problems are related.

I mentioned the SQL View because another report that also uses the same method for this report but brings in landed cost details uses a SQL View. It works great for me, but nobody else. I created these reports the same way as all others that the users use daily.

We are using Crystal 7 and Macola 7.6.100a over a Citrix based network - no PC's are used. All users access the same program and data.

What tables and views does your Crystal Report run against? What parameters are the users supplying to the report? What link type are you using between your tables and views?

Another new report just came in as unusable by the same user. It is similar to the other but has different criteria.
This report uses three IM files. It is made up of 36 running totals and a few other fields that dump to the report. It is not complicated and runs fine for me and at least one other normal (non-admin) user.
Tables used are all dbo owned (as are all the tables in the Macola DB). The report is set up for all users to access.
I have deleted and recopied a working Crystal directory into the problem users directory (we are Citrix based) but no change. I have looked at all the SQL user settings trying to find an exclusion or something but cannot see anything. The user used to be able to run any of the reports. I do not know exactly when this problem started but it appears to be only on newer reports or ones that have recently been modified but others can run without problem.
The parameters are input starting and ending item number range and to select a location from a drop down list. Links are Item numbers and location and are set to be equal.
We are using Crystal 7 for Macola 7.6.100a. I wonder if one of the dlls used when compiling the report has a permission issue? How would I check that?
