Crystal Rpt 9 Cycle Count Report Group Field Results

Hi;
We have created a Cycle Count report which shows a status of either; Create Task for First Count, Create Task for Second Count, Cycle Count Outstanding or Yearly Cycle Count Completed for each location being counted. There is a minimum of 2 counts required for each location for our fiscal year.

At any given point in time we may have a cycle count which has been completed and a cycle count task which is created but not yet completed for any location. On the report the completed cycle count task shows YES based upon a formula on the report and the task not completed shows NO.

Attached is a picture of what the report is showing a location G1M3050200 which has a open task showing a counted Y/N of NO and a completed task of Counted Y/N of Yes. The open task shows a status of Cycle Count outstanding but the closed shows Yearly Cycle Count Completed. The grouping for the report is showing for Group 2 Location that the Yearly Count is Completed. I would like to have it show for the Grouping Cycle Count Outstanding since the open task shows NO. How an I do this is there a way at the group level to put in a formula for the status field to indicate if any record is NO then the default is Outstanding Cycle Count?
