Crystal Reports

I have a user here who is currently using Crystal reports 8.0 He tried to import an excel sheet into Crystal, but gets the following error, "Active X component can't create object".....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no "import" into CR, so I am not sure what he was trying to do. Can you be more specific? Ken Hamady

I am trying to load a VB6 application with Crystal Report7 reports on a windows 2000 machine. crystl32.ocx file will not register. What do I need to do to get it to register on this PC.
