Hi, i am taloring a report for symposium in crystal reports and wondered if anyone can help with formula.
The thing is, i have created a report that shows the average talk time for the agents and average talk time for the call centre, now i want to show the difference between the averages, but i am confused as to how to write the formula
any help would be greatly appreciated
