Hi,
Depending on your background in IT and client server environments: CR for Dummies has broad coverage and exposure but doesn't get into great depth or example. Probably worth price of a coffee and scanning at B&N. A great source I found was the actually the manual which comes with the CD when you purchase CR(at up thru CR 7)
And of course scanning or prompting Tek-Tips as you start getting into things with CR.
Welcome Aboard
I'd add any version of George Peck's "The Complete Reference" books not necessarily as a "how to" book but as a valuable reference. If you're using CRv9 and looking into doing integrated reports look into "Mastering Crystal Reports 9" by McCoy and Maric.
