How do i get crystal to format a report to be printed on an envelope?

Hi,
An Envelope? Must be a short report ( OK, enough of being a smart-a__) - Have you tried the mailing label formats?

Depending upon your version, you can go into page setup->paper size and choose various envelope sizes->orientation->landscape.
