Hi, I am using Crystal Reports Server XI

I remember setting up the .Net Viewer when loading Crystal Reports Server.

When I log into Infoview to view my reports it works fine.If I ask it to print I get the Crystal Reports Webpage Dialog box up and that works okay also.

The problem that I have is that when the users that I have set up try to do the same thing they can log in okay but as soon as you ask it to print the report you get a Blank Crystal Reports Viewer Webpage Dialog Box.They all use Internet Explorer 7 but then so do I.

The Weird thing is that one of the users also uses Firefox and the Crystal Reports Viewer works if you go into it with Firefox.

Am I missing something here or is there a known issue with Internet Explorer printing reports. Can anybody please suggest anything that I can try to resolve this as I am going on holiday soon and somebody needs to be able to print my reports for me.

Regards

It sounds like you may have a browser security issue. Try adding the website where you have InfoView running to the list of trusted sites in IE. We also have our users add our InfoView site to the Allowed sites under the privacy settings in IE.
