Crystal Reports XI Server help

I was intended to go on a course, but it got canclled in the last minute. So now im trying to figure this out my self.

Is there anywhere i can find some "Dummy" documents on how to set it up.
Get some automation set up, and get it published to to a website.

Im not a developer :)

Any help is appreciated.
