Crystal Reports XI - Percentage

I have created a forumla that give me a % figure of Net Profit to Gross Income. It involves various summaries. My problem is that it doesn't give me the right answer, although when I browse the data of the formula, there are two totals, one negative which is wrong and the correct one below it.. How do I get that total to show???

Try posting technical information instead of chatting about things we have no notion of.

If you mention formulas being used, show the formulas, and if your're using grouping, explain it.

Stating that something is wrong isn't unusual in a technical forum, that's almost always the case, what is unusual is to not show what you are doing, where and what you expect.
