Hello ALL,

If anyone ever has troubles with the color highlight system in Crystal reports XI charts in an external CR viewer (not Crystal reports designer) then you must be sure to set the text to UPPERCASE and limit your description to <= 3 characters. Set your text to uppercase and left(,3) in a formula and set the same description in the color highlight setup.

This solved all my problems anyway..

If I had of known this 3 hours ago I would have been very happy..

Hope this helps someone out there.
