I am taking the Crystal Reports XI Certification Exam I next week and was looking for any advice. I have taken the two 200 level courses and have studied the guide supplied by SAP so I believe I am on the right track. What is the format like? Any advice for someone who is not a great test taker?

It was hard for me, and i think i am a decent test taker. The challenge i had was that the course did not teach to the test. i found a lot of formulas on the test that i had trouble with. i studied report structures, headers and all that stuff, and didn't get into formulas too much. that was my downfall. Just go in, take your time, be thurough, trust your gut. You'll be fine.
