I newly installed the new crystal reports XI and it was working fine as of yesterday. Now when I needed to open the application I got an error messages which stated that crystal could not load the keydecoded.dll. Has anyone had this error before? Any advice on how I can fix this would be appreciated.

Not aware of the keydecoded.dll, just the keycode.dll.
I'd apply the service pack as there was an issue with OEM versions of CR XI, adn you might have to try reinstalling as well.
Then again, perhaps your admins pushed an application down that caused some problems overnight.
