Hi,

I have reports written in Crystal Reports XI, pointing to Oracle 10G on LINUX box, with 10G Client and using a system DSN Name.

Report is working fine as it from Designer XI from Windows box pointing to 10G Oracle database on LINUX box using ODBC name.

Next step on this is to integrate this report with JSP code on Linux box. Our Java Developers are writing a sample JSP file which will sit on Linux box which also has Oracle.

How do I need to go forward with Linux box setup.

Do I need to create a DSN on Linux box??? Can I do it.
Where do I move my .rpt file so that JSP can call it.
Can I change the DSN Name / Connection dynamically instead of always having hardcoded.

Kinda stumped here....Help????

Thanks Kingfisher,

I will forward this article to my integration team.
