Crystal Reports withRemedy -AR System

I have done some work with Crysal and Remedy. In these cases we called Crystal directly fromthe desktop and not from within Remedy.
You always have the choice of finding the names of the Remedy reports and then naming your reports the same way.
Some programs have an *.ini file and in the *.ini file is a reports section where there is a correspondence between the displayed report name and the real report name. For example,
Receivable aging report = xyz.rpt
Check to see if Remedy uses this approach.
If so, you can just add your reports to the *.ini file. Howard Hammerman,
