Crystal Reports, Want info to show up in report with or without data

I want to create a report that will show all the routes that should be done on a certain day, and I want the ones that were done to show the information, i.e. pickup time, delivery time, etc, but I want the routes that were not done to show up on the list. Does this make sense?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am teaching myself Crystal Reports.

If your routes are listed in one table, and the delivery info in another, you can do a left outer join from the routes to the deliveries and that should give you all the routes. Chris
