Crystal reports Viewer

Hi ,
I Am trying to connect to BOE server through Crystal reports Viewer . But Am getting error " Failed to establish the connection. The cause was: Cannot connect to SAP businessobjects enterprise at this time. Please try again later."
Though i gave correct server name , port , user name and password in the server connections.

what is server context ?
and is there anything that i need check @ CMC ?

Hi,
The CMC will show you if the database is available ( or, if on Windows for the BOE system, check the Services to be sure all are up and active).
