Crystal Reports Viewer will not export 1

Since we upgraded from Crystal Enterprise 9 to Business OBjects XI Release 2, when viewing a report within InfoView using the Crystal Reports Viewer, it will not allow me to export the report to any other format. When I click on the "Export this Report" button, the report just kind of flashes and there is no dialog box to choose a format to exit to. I am using the DHTML viewer. I am logging on as Administrator. When I have a colleague log in, on her computer, also as Administrator, she does get the dialog box for format to export to...

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Check your browser settings and be sure pop-ups are not blocked ( also check any toolbars you have added ( like Google's) as they have pop-up blockers as well)

It is probably responsible for 70% of my user's reasons for calling me for help( especially the Google one which can get installed almost secretly)..
