Crystal Reports Viewer not carrying over Column Headers

Hi guys-
I'm using crystal 2008-I create the reports.
The developer has embedded the viewer into the web page- it looks great except all the column titles in the page header are not carrying over - page one looks great but the rest of the pages- no column headers. No column headers even when you export to pdf. Any thoughts? Thanks very much!!!

Does this apply to the Crystal report. (In which case the headers must be in Report HEader and should be Page Header instead.)
