Hi:
I have an old VB app that I've recently migrated to V6.0.The data is held in MS Access and obtained through SQL stored in MS ACCESS. As part of the app, formatted reports (with alternately shaded entries) are generated. In the past, I've exported the report data to an EXCEL spreadsheet, and done the formatting through a macro attached to the spreadsheet. The problem is, as new version of EXCEL are released, I have to make extensive modifications to the app. A colleague suggest Seagate Crystal reports as an alternative, and we loaded a licensed version (8.0) from a network drive. However, the help file (developr.hlp) was not available.

Does anyone have a copy of this file? I am a new user, and need some help. My e-mail address: newuserfornow@yahoo.com.

Hello

Do you have the Developer edition of crystal reports 8? If not then you will need to get this version for the developer files as well as the developer help file.
