Crystal Reports: trouble setting new database location

We have some reports based on an Access database. The database has been moved to a new folder on our server. We have tried using the Set Location command in Crystal, but it is not redirecting to the new location. Some of the reports contain subreports as well. Do we need to Set Location for the subreports first?

Has anyone else had trouble setting a new location? Does anyone have any tips short of recreating the reports from scratch?

NOTE: the Set Alias command was not used in these reports.

Sometimes I have to set the subreport locations first, I've no idea why, but it does work.
