crystal reports svpack2 + terminal services

what is the behavior of crystal reports ( service pack 2 installed) on terminal services.
Our VB6 application (client-server) ran correctly on win2k server and win2k workstations. We use crystal reports to print out everything. As we installed the service pack 2 we had to make a new setup of the application to include all necessary dll. when we install it on terminal services we still have problems with all print buttons ( nothing can be printed out any more ). We de-installed the original application and re-installed the new setup on the server via add and remove programs ( as far as we know the way to install a program on terminal services ). but we still can not print out. when we install it on a local workstation then we don't have problems..
Any suggestion ??

Hi,

First, you should see if you can run the application locally in the terminal server, and print. Use a user that you use to connect remotelly.

So:
1- Problems with user rights?.
2- Problems with Crystal dll's in installation?

Also: Are you using any Application Server like Citrix?
