Hello,

I am using Crystal Reports XI. I use Storefront.net for our ecommerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics GP as our ERP. I use Crystal Reports to print out information from both systems in the form of a report to show us orders that have an issue between the 2 systems (i.e. product shows in stock in one system, but not the other).

Anyways, what I have are 4 subreports that I want to print out together at the beginning of each batch of orders. The "invoice" form works great and the reports work. The only problem I'm having are the parameters. Say I want to print a group of orders from Order Number 10 - 100. I have to enter the parameters 5 times in Crystal to get the reports to generate. Once for the main report and then one time for each sub report (these are basically exception reports). I'm putting the subreports as unlinked reports in report headers. If I make them linked reports, they do not generate any data.

I know that I'm missing something and that it may be very difficult to figure it out from this description. What my goal is is to have to only enter the parameters ideally one time, but 2 times would be acceptable.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear it!

YOu can link parameters in the SubReport linking screen

Place Main Parameter in window.

Then in lower left drop down find the corresponding Parameter.

Repeat for all SRs you will now only have to enter param data once.

Thank you so much! I don't know why I didn't notice this drop down before. This worked on 3 out of my 4 subreports. The other has a slight data issue, for some reason on that report Crystal is reading the field as a string rather than a number. I know how to fix that though!

Again, I really appreciate your help. This has had me pulling out my hair for days!
