Crystal Reports showing blank report

Hi

We have an instance for one of users where they are running a Crystal Reports from a business view and although the report runs it returns a blank report.

We are using Crystal Reports XI Release 2
BO XI Release 2
linking via ODBC to a SQL 2000 database.

where Crystal XI is installed on a client machine and BOXI and business view is installed on a corporate server.

Anybody any ideas

Do a test version with a few 'diagnostics'. Is it looking at the wrong data?
