Crystal Reports Server Version XI is printing over its field size

Hello all,

I hope I can explain this clearly. I created a report using Crystal Professional XI. I have this customer PO number field on that report. When I ran and tested my report in Crystal Pro XI software - that field printed just fine (as big as the size of that field and got cut off if the PO info happened to be too long).
So then I posted this on my report server XI (the launchpad) to have them available out there. But when my employee ran this same report, the customer PO field or any field for that matter that may have information longer than the field size I set when I created the report - the information kept on printing. As a result, the "overflow" printed on top of the fields next to it.
I checked the field in question in Crystal Pro XI and made sure that the can grow option is not checked.
I was wondering if anyone can give me ideas what I can try to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Are these reports being viewed in a browser? If so, check the text size setting in the browser.

View -> Text Size (medium is default)

Does this happen for EVERY user?

Thank you for your reply.
It does happen for every user. However, last night I came across something that really did not make sense but it surely fixed my issue.

I went to format the field and then paragraph tab. In there, there's text interpretation. I set it to RTF Text and that fixed it. Bizarre for sure. But it works.
