Crystal Reports Server sharing server space?

My company has bought Crystal Reports Server XI and we're looking to install (temporarily) on a server which has another application loaded.

Does anyone know of any obvious conflicts that might occur? Or have done this before and have some suggestions? The other application is called ASCEND (medical app).

We don't have the space to purchase a new dedicated server until the server room expansion is completed (next year) but we would like to get started using CR Server now. We spoke to a rep at Business Objects and he didn't think there would be any issues from the CR end.

I doubt that you'd find a conflict occuring, I've had it on shared servers many times.
