Example of what I currently have:

Date/ Reason 1 / Count (of reason 1)
Date/ Reason 2 / Count (of reason 2)
Date/ Reason 3 / Count (of reason 3)

what I would like is

Date/ Reason / Count (of reason 1, 2, and 3 together)


Not sure how to do this and what to do when the reason is not one I am trying to group together.Hope I have explained this well enough. Any assistance would be great.
